Reservation Policy
You will receive several automated email responses throughout the reservation process on the status of your reservation. Once your reservation is confirmed and payment is processed, you will receive notification by email with your confirmation number.

Occasionally, international or electronic transactions
(when the credit card plastic is not used) require the cardholder's authorization by the credit card company prior to approval. If the transaction is denied because the credit card company requires the cardholder's authorization you will be informed by e-mail. To ensure the transaction is authorized you will have to contact your credit card company to authorize
E-travelsolution to process your credit card in the corresponding amount. Please note a verbal authorization by the credit card company's representative may be insufficient. Our corporate office is located in Mexico and our bank does not honor verbal authorizations. All transactions must be processed electronically through our terminal. Please instruct the representative to UNBLOCK ('release') the transaction to enable us to proceed with the billing process.

The rates displayed are valid only for the date of your quote.
If reserved, these rates will apply for your charge, if not they may vary without prior notice. A reservation is considered complete once you have a confirmation number and the according charge has been applied. By reserving you confirm having accepted our reservation and cancellation policies. Your verbal and/or written authorization to use your credit card number for payment indicates your compliance with our reservation and billing policies, whether or not you have actually signed the appropriate draft. To avoid any inconveniences you must print your reservation voucher and present it at the moment of using the reserved service. If you want to change or cancel your reservation please contact your assigned Travel Consultant (mentioned at the moment of reserving) together with your reservation and/or confirmation number. Cancellation requests have to be received in writing. Any change is subject to availability and re-quoting of rates; cancellations are subject to our cancellation policies.

Despite our best efforts, there may be a small number of miss-priced items or wrong information in our database. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our confirmation procedures. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. In case of wrong information had been provided Cancun Booking Centre will do its best efforts to correct the information, however, cannot be held responsible for indemnifications of inconveniences caused by such mistake. In these cases you have the option to cancel without any penalizations.

Please note if the room category you select is available on request (as shown on the Room/Rates description link option), it means that we DO NOT have an allotment of rooms of this category. Upon receipt of your reservation request, your reservation will be placed on hold until we confirm availability (please allow a minimum of 24 hours for processing). If your reservation request is confirmed based upon the criteria you select (i.e. desired travel dates and room type), payment will be processed and the hotel’s confirmation number is sent to you via email. In the event we are unable to confirm your desired room type, you will be notified as soon as possible via email offering other alternatives.

Multiple room reservations are accepted and all will contain the same information; for example the customer’s personal information, reservation dates. If you wish to reserve several rooms but register them under a different person’s name or dates, each reservation must be completed separately.

Cancun Booking Centre makes arrangements with suppliers who provide travel services such as but not limited to hotels, ground transportation, sightseeing or other activities included in your tour. Although we try our best to choose the most reputable suppliers, Cancun Booking Centre cannot be held responsible for their acts and omissions. The travel services are subject to the conditions imposed by these suppliers, and their liability may, in turn, be limited by their tariffs and conditions of service. Cancun Booking Centre acts only in the capacity of agent for the client or for the supplier of the goods and services rendered and as such, mains no control over the personnel, equipment, operations or goods of the supplier.

Cancun Booking Centre will not assume responsibility for any claims, costs or expenses arising out of personal or third party injury, accidents or death, loss or damage of personal property, loss of enjoyment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, whenever physical or mental, resulting from any of the following: (a) The act or omission of any party other than Cancun Booking Centre or its employees; (b) Sickness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical breakdown, quarantine, government actions, weather, or any other cause beyond Cancun Booking Centre’s direct control; (c) Your failure to obtain the documentation required for your trip such as, but not limited to, passports, visas and certificates, in which case you will also not be entitled to any refund; (d) Your failure to follow instructions including but not limited to airport departure times, check-in and check-out dates and times, voucher redemption policies; (e) Cancellation or change for any reason in the travel services offered. We reserve the right to cancel or change the travel services at our discretion, but will try to substitute comparable services. If we must completely cancel your reservation, Cancun Booking Centre’s liability will be limited to a refund of all monies paid to Cancun Booking Centre; (f) A full refund, however, will not be honored in situations where travel must be cancelled, interrupted and/or postponed by Cancun Booking Centre for reasons which are beyond its control (force majeure situations, such as but not limited to weather, hurricane, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, etc.) and where Cancun Booking Centre’s contractual obligations with its suppliers does not allow it to obtain reimbursement of the sum paid, or to be paid, to the supplier on behalf of the customer. In any case, a 10% administrational fee of the total amount of the reservation can be retained at the discretion of Cancun Booking Centre.

Cancun Booking Centre herewith states that (a) Photographs shown are representational only and do not guarantee that everything will be exactly as depicted upon arrival; (b) Hotel and service star ratings are based on Cancun Booking Centre’s interpretation and may differ from ratings reported elsewhere; (c) travel service descriptions are updated at the best of Cancun Booking Centre’s knowledge but do not guarantee that everything will be exactly as described upon arrival; (d) Cancun Booking Centre reserves the right to decline any client at any time; (e) Written notice or any claim against Cancun Booking Centre must be received no later than fourteen (14) days after your return from your trip.

Cancellation Policies

Hotel Reservations:

At the moment of reserving, the applicable hotel’s specific cancellation policy will be displayed. Following our “general” hotel reservations policies, applicable to most of the hotels:

Reservations cancelled 15 days or more prior to arrival date are subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount of the reservation.

Reservations cancelled 14 to 3 days prior to arrival date are subject to a 2 night charge.

Reservations cancelled 2 to 0 days prior to arrival date, "No shows" and early departures are 100% non-refundable.

Christmas, New Years and Easter :

Different cancellation policies for reservations made for Christmas, New Year and Easter may apply. Please request further information.

Tours & Transportation :

At the moment of reserving, the applicable tour’s and transportation’s specific cancellation policy will be displayed. Following our “general” tour and transportation reservations policies, applicable to most of the tours and transportations :

Reservations cancelled 3 days or more prior to the scheduled service are subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount of the reservation.

Reservations cancelled 2 to 0 days prior to the scheduled service or "No shows" are 100 % non-refundable.
